My last and final time going. I scheduled an appointment for 7am for the third time and every time I notice they don’t honor clients with appointments so booking isn’t necessary they treat everyone like a walk in despite having an appointment. Braiders are always late, never on time, my appointment was at 7 I didn’t have someone doing my hair until 9:38am. Another client walked out with her child because of the extensive wait time. They are far from hygienic as well. I’ve seen a woman use hand sanitizer as a cleaner for the comb. They don’t clean the blow dryer brushes either. Also the last two times I was here I got small butt length knotless each time it should’ve been $300. WRONG! First it was $300 then the second time it was $310, today it was $330 because of the color hair apparently AND this time i went I asked for Smedium. How is smedium more than the small?! They make prices up as they go!!! My braider also left for 30 mins as well. I don’t bash businesses but they are unprofessional. I won’t be spending another dime here ever again. Just a warning. Go at your own risk

I went to this location for many years but haven't been for a while. I wanted traditional box braids and got them done by Rose. I loved the braids when I looked in the mirror. A couple days later I went to put the braids in a bun when I noticed my hair was braided down to my scalp at the root. I have never experienced this with traditional box braids. Usually my hair starts off and is finished with a plait not braided. I was do disappointed because this stopped me from pulling the braids into a ponytail comfortably. Please don't go to them expecting box braids or if you do inform them you don't want them braided at the root.

Don’t ever come here , please don’t waste y’all time , they started my sister hair ,( SHES A CHILD ) & then didn’t do it properly my sister has thick hair so they decided to be lazy and decided they didn’t want to use any products to try to lay the hair Down , then charging 220 to do sloppy work and didn’t even want to fix it , then they charged 20$ for paying for the hair when they didn’t even use a whole pack of hair because they decided to get mad because they was asked to take it out .

I LOVE ROSE! She has a heart of GOLD! The staff are professional and they listen to your request. The shop is clean and welcoming. I’ve been coming here for years and I bring both my girls.
