Very dissatisfied worse tax experience an refund ever received. First time there an probably hoping my last. Someone recommended Moores Tax on Dogwood Rd to me, not a good choice for me.

My husband and I are long time patrons of Mr Person who has always delivered a top notch experience very knowledgeable and professional. Since covid things has changed, you no longer get inside service everything is done on the parking lot or thru the mail slot in the door. I understand precautions such as a mask and hand sanitizer but the mail slot and parking lot is beyond bus stop treatment especially when you think about how much you’re being charged for service. I’m not sure if I’ll be coming back after 2025.

My mother was a long time customer of Mr. Moore's father who treated her with the utmost respect. She was hesitant about using Moore Jr's service, but she did in the face of covid. She has since passed and my family and I decided to use Moore to file her taxes for the final time. My first issue was in the fact that on one of the hottest days in the year, I had to stand outside of his offices in the heat while he made necessary copies. I was never invited in to wait. Instead, we exchanged documents thru a slot in his screen door. Mind you, it was hot as Hades on this day. I questioned the customer service of the business. Second, he was unable to accommodate his billing by deducting it from the proceeds, nor providing an online website to make payments since he's so covid conscious. In the heat once again, an actual check had to written and delivered to his office. Third and last; to add insult to injury, I returned once again to his HOT door front to pick up the documents when he asks me for identification. When I questioned him, I received a lecture about going into the bank and having to present identification. I complied with his wish (at the door) and presented my license. Mr. Moore then asked me how was my trip before even looking at my id!!!! He suddenly remembered a conversation we had when I dropped off my moms paperwork to him in all that heat. I'm sure I verbally made some comments on this revelation. I will never use this service; I felt his customer service skills were lacking and found his demeanor abrupt. The biggest insult to me was having to wait outside in 95 degree heat as he made copies. I commend his promptness in service but I cannot dismiss how I was treated as a customer-Sharon Adams

Switched my trading to MR KEVIN MCCARTHYCRYPTO a few months ago after going through a lot of losses ,I invest with him and let him manage my account.
