Capital Pet Movers
“Capital Pet Movers was a fantastic company to work with. We were told by many other companies that they wouldn't be able to ship our cats for another month and a half, but Capital Pet Movers was able to get our cats safely shipped to my husband abroad in less than 2 weeks.
When the first three airlines were unable to work with our destination, they continued until they found an airline that would and then took care of transporting our cats from Maryland to JFK. They even made sure that our cats were in separate pet rooms at JFK overnight as they don't necessarily love being in close contact with each other.
Catherine walked me through the steps and was there to answer every question I had. She returned every email and phone call in a very timely manner and helped reassure me multiple times over this stressful time.
Hands down, we will use this company again, if we ever find ourselves in a similar situation and I hope that Catherine is still there to help me next time.”
