Louis came out to evaluate a problem with the supply feed from a well, providing options and working quickly with his assistant Kollie to replace the connection, with water back up in about an hour. Andrew and Daniel handled a spigot replacement and leak repair, with the team professional, efficient, and effective. Fred arrived with a positive attitude, knowledgeable and efficient in replacing a broken part and valve, and made a great recommendation for a product to monitor for water leaks. Rob is the ultimate resource with extensive experience and knowledge. Luis and Isiah were on time, thorough, and fast, clearly explaining the work. Luis and Arrison inspected tankless water heaters and reached out to tech support. Mallick remains the go-to for reliable, high-quality work.
I had a severe hot water heater emergency yesterday! My valve was cracked, leaking into the condo below me and it was going straight though the floor. I did not have a pile up of water in my unit. My kind NEW neighbor who JUST bought his condo tried to come help fix it. It appeared when our washer and dryer were installed, they may have accidentally kicked or stepped on the plastic valve and broke it and the shut off. In panic- Mallick Plumbing & Heating, Inc. saved the day! I called at 1-1:15pm. The lady who took the call was beyond kind and accommodating. Scheduled a time between 2-5. I had constant text messages with updates on arrival time, who was coming and their background. Jose was the plumber. Upon arrival him and his apprentice were not only kind and professional but they offered options. They quickly and neatly fixed the issue and made sure everything was dry and cleaned up prior to leaving. Additionally this morning Jose texted just to make sure nothing changed. I highly recommend Mallick for emergencies and non emergencies! They did not over charge and were quick, kind and professional!
If you have any plumbing issues, look no further! Andrew and Mark did an amazing job installing our tankless water heater, a new pressure valve to control the water pressure coming in from the main line, installed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, and re-did the piping under the kitchen sink so we had more space and no leaks! They arrived early and stayed late to ensure the job was done and we had running hot water. We're very appreciative of them especially when they found solutions to issues, like finding brick we didn't know existed behind a wall exactly where the vent pipe needed to go for the tankless water heater. Overall, very happy with the work done and will continue to use Mallick for all our plumbing needs!
