Airline restrictions, heat restrictions, holidays in our destination country...Capital Pet Movers helped alleviate headaches for our international move to Colombia. Although the cargo shipping created headaches, the CPM team helped make this experience less stressful. They worked with the agency in Colombia, advised on flexing airlines when holidays created a problem with health certificate timelines. In the end our pup made it safe and sound and the professionalism and communication through the whole process was great! Thank you for all your help!!

Angie Terrant was fantastic through the whole, complicated process of getting our dog to the UK. She provided timely responses to our questions, recommended alternate vets when our long-time vet didn’t have availability to meet the timelines to complete the pet passport, and provided regular updates - especially they day of the flight to ease our worries. Although the cost was more than we originally anticipated, CPM was priced competitively for similar services and we had a great experience.

From start to finish, they handled every aspect of the relocation with care and expertise.
