I had a negative experience with Airtron a year ago with a technician that absolutely butchered my duct work and ceiling that the duct work went through in my airhandler closet. Technician came through on my bi-annual (spring) checkup. Noticed the poor patch work and took pictures and Airtron called to offer the repair at no cost to me. I want to thank Ashely, Vickie, Carlos, and Lalchhan. Ashley and Vickie were instrumental getting both techs to the house Carlos noticed the poor work while completing my Spring checkup. And the Lalchhan got the repairs/patch work completed.

I was very impressed with Billy when he came today for a maintenance tuneup in my new home. He was polite and competent and took time to answer my questions and explain things to me. I’ll certainly request him for future maintenance appointments.
