I’m extremely impressed!

Noel’s installed the fire sprinkler system in our house when it was built in 2022. There were no problems until we discovered a puddle under the water tank yesterday. Called Noel’s and they sent Jason out today to inspect the system.

He determined that the pipe between the tank and the pump had been installed in such a way as to put pressure on the flange and gasket at the tank connection point. Jason had a colleague deliver a new part to our house while he was here so that he could rebuild the connection to the tank and the pipe that runs to the pump. Everyone I dealt with during my repair was awesome. Robin was so sweet. Matt and his team went above and beyond. They fixed stuff I wasn't expecting, were kind and courteous.. They were even nice to my dog 😂. Definitely will recommend their services in the future. Thank you guys so much!

I am SO impressed by Brian's knowledge of his systems. They installed our fire suppression system in our new home 5 years ago, and he knew it cold. In fact, he designed the system they install. I called with a questio,n and he walked me through taking care of it myself. It worked perfectly. Clearly the A team.
