My A/C stopped working, I called submitted a ticket using their website at 10pm. They called me at 8am and I received same day service. Corey came out and figured out what was wrong within 2 minutes of taking the cover off. Corey explained exactly what was wrong. Corey had my A/C fixed and running within 30 minutes and was super respectful the entire time he was there. Bonus, the repair was far less expensive than what I thought it would be due to them coming the same day in the peak of summer.
First time needing a plumber since I bought my condo and asked a trusted friend for a recommendation. She said she'd used Comfort Central for years and was very happy with their service so I gave them a call. Nichole got me scheduled quickly and Tom came promptly to scope out my problem and give me an idea of what the work would involve. Dave came to do the repair and showed up right on time. It was raining when he came so he used shoe covers to protect my floors and cleaned up perfectly after the repair. Couldn't be more pleased with this company. AC wasn't working today (extremely hot day!) and they came out in the afternoon and fixed it right away.
2nd rating on a different problem - just had Comfort Central out for water heater problem. Came out within hours and replaced unit at a resonable price. Can't say enough good things about this company.
