Her customer service skills are stellar! Cory Degrange arrived promptly and was thorough and professional from start to finish. His explanation of the diagnosis and all possible solutions were provided in an easy-to-understand way. This service call just made it easier to make Comfort Central our first call in the future.
Cory was on time and very polite and professional. He identified the issue almost immediately and replaced the part. We also bonded about dogs and I hope he gets many more quality days with his friend!
