I had a great experience with Southern Pride Services. Every employee I dealt with was professional and friendly. They had a technician out within hours of me contacting them. I especially appreciated that I wasn’t pressured to purchase services or repairs that I didn’t need. They were honest, straightforward, and successfully fixed my AC issue. The technician who fixed my AC unit was Joe J., who was knowledgeable, courteous and did an excellent job. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the repair was completed properly. It was obvious that he genuinely cares about his work and about helping customers. It continues to be a great pleasure working with Southern Pride. The customer service when scheduling an appointment is extremely friendly and professional. Both can be said about the technician as well. James respects my home and leaves me with tips to be more efficient with my cooling and heating. My experience from beginning to end is exceptional.
I have been a customer of Southern Pride for over 7 seven years, from install to followup routine visits and maintenance visits. By every measure they are a truly superior operation, from start to finish.
