I have been a customer of Southern Pride for over 7 seven years, from install to followup routine visits and maintenance visits. By every measure they are a truly superior operation, from start to finish. Frankly, I honestly don't believe I have ever worked with any small company who has consistently excelled in every category like Southern Pride. They have my highest recommendation.
The main office goes above and beyond which I appreciate but the technician that first came out didn’t appear to have enough experience after 4hours a technician by the name of Josh showed up and found the issue at which time the job was completed/ this review is for my service on 8/31/24’Mark was a Exceptional technician very knowledgeable of the issues of my unit i really appreciate how this company has always taken care of me each time they have been called looking forward to future business with you guys !
Very professional and was able to provide services for me in less than 24 hours! Was very thorough in checking my hvac system and provided a lot of good information. I recommend this company!
