Our inspector, Avery, was extremely knowledgeable and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never pressured us into making a quick decision.
He respected that I wanted time to think through our options, which I really appreciated. His professionalism and integrity stood out, and it made us feel confident in the process. I highly recommend Avery!
We love Mikes services and appreciate having Brandon as our repeat technician. I’m sure everyone else is fine, but I would be sad if one day Brandon didn’t show up! As far as service professionals go, Brandon has by far been the most courteous I’ve ever encountered and makes maintaining our continuous relationship with Mikes a no brainer.
Christian from Mike’s pest termite and wildlife came out and inspected my house for squirrels and he was very professional in his appearance and we talked like old friends and gave me a reasonable quote so I never called anyone else and went with him, he just seemed like a really nice guy I got along with and he made it happen!!! Can’t wait to get the squirrels out of my house. Thanks guys for coming out the same day after I talk to Ashley who was also very nice talking to.
