I cannot rate Bay State Heating and Air highly enough. I had the privilege of working with Jake today who was on-time, professional and courteous. The coil had failed on my air conditioning unit and this great tech brought a new coil and had it repaired in less than 2 hours. He even returned the failed coil to the supplier to honor my warranty.
Called Ray several times for multiple problems. Prompt service, fantastic skills and very courteous! These guys are the only company I use!
How many positive things can be said about Bay Heating & Air Company and the owner, Ray Goshen. I have worked with them for several years now.
