Was able to book an appointment the day before and then needed to reschedule, which Erin was very understanding about and I was able to get another appointment easily booked for the following day. Appointments are easy and convenient to book online. I needed some serious dead ends chopped and just wanted a simple layered cut. Erin did such a good job with my hair; I was ecstatic afterwards with how it turned out. My hair looks and feels so healthy now. Overall, the whole experience was great! I don't know what all the other salons have been doing to my nails. This has been the best experience even though it costs a little more than my previous salon. I will never leave.“
