“What an awesome, informative behind-the-scenes tour of how the National Aquarium runs. We loved learning about the quarantine period, how animals are cared for, and the rescue operations. Our guide was very informative and engaging - big kudos to Andy! The 90 minute tour covered so much information and we were so happy to have paid the extra fee to visit this center. Highly recommend! (FYI they have a small parking lot that they let you use free of charge during the tour with entry 30 minutes before).“

“I brought my cats here and they did a fantastic job grooming them!! The owner whose name is I believe David is NOT rude- he is very direct and no nonsense, and yeah maybe a little grumpy but not in a malicious way- more like in a life has been a LOT and he’s tired of performative politeness way. Like a granddad. I’m autistic so I don’t mind this kind of communication at all. I’m very sensitive and I DO mind rudeness - and I didn’t experience that here at all. It’s tough to groom cats and especially to bathe them. They kept great control over my nervous boys and were gentle and informative throughout the process. I’ll be coming again and as long as you can accept that some people communicate differently but this does not equate to malice, I’d recommend them to you too.“

“Always caring and professional service that isn't overpriced. Most front desk is friendly. Been going here for my cats and dogs for 30yrs. and plan to continue. Added... Something needs to be done about their scheduling. If they can't get pets in to be seen at reasonable time frames what is going on? Do they need to hire more Veterinarians. My cat needs antibiotics and a antihistamine. And I have to wait 14 days for her to be seen and get that. That's insane. They need to bring walk ins back. Or hire more vets. Maybe it's time for a new place. Why is the wait time so long?“
