Bay City is great. We have had Yellowjackets the last two summers - both in different but hard to get to locations. Both times Bay city sent a technician out within 12 hours of calling. The issue was taken care of on the first visit. Everyone we have interacted with from the company has been very friendly and respectful - nice family run business. 10/10 highly recommend!

The prices of small annuals are better than anything we've seen elsewhere. They do not take credit cards. You have to pay with a personal check or in cash--but it's worth it!
We've been buying our annuals & tropical plants there for over ten years. Every single thing we've bought has leapt up in size. Generally x3 or x4 within 3-4 weeks.

I called Dan about a clogged pipe that was causing a leak and water in my basement after 5pm on a Thursday. He told me he’d try his best to be able to come out the next morning. He called me at 8:30am and told me he’d be here in an hour. He and another guy showed up at 9:30am exactly and had the problems solved in less than 45 minutes for a very reasonable price! Highly highly recommend.

I love this salon!! I go here to see my stylist, Femi Palmer in her suit - Femi's Hair Passion. Vending machines for drinks and snacks in the waiting area. Bathrooms are also convenient.
Most porta potty's use fake smells to cover up the smell of poo. These guys make their Johns smell more like Bubble Yum brand bubble gum. If you want a port o' potty that isn't revolting they're good at keeping them clean too, floor to ceiling. Please consider using them if you want to keep your customers happy.

I have eczema on my fingers and thought I’d have to give up getting my nails done because of it, but we figured out a solution that works. She has a variety of colors to choose from & my nails always look great. You also cannot beat her prices.
Love my new roof from AMEN Advance MP Roofing! Everything about them is exceptional from the customer service to the work they perform. While replacing the roof, one of the guys noticed some water was getting behind the siding. He took the siding off and replaced the damaged wood behind it, then patched it all up. True professionals! Stay away just all about money, 300 dollars and didn't help my dog, go somewhere else.
Always a short wait, always busy (it may not have long lines but they’re on the phone with people or talking to someone in person every time I am there). We like most of the veterinarians and the staff. Front desk is always professional. Super clean. Usually a video on in the waiting area for children. Benches are comfortable while waiting. We bring two different breed cats (age 1 and 4 with different personalities and concerns). There’s enough benches and space to keeps the dogs at distances from each other and the cats away from the dogs.
First time here, really great experience! My husband and I were very well taken care of. Professional and very kind staff.

Fantastic job as always. This was a small repair but I had the warranty/insurance. You have to keep your paperwork is the only pain, I am sure they have it on file but require you to provide it.
