What an amazing company! 3-years ago we had a mouse problem and still the traps are working.Robert came out and did such a a amazing job. We’ve never heard of another company that pulls your appliances out and sweeps up, know exactly where to put the bait packs, and just all around pleasant to interact with!My wife spoke with Nick and he was great at scheduling and rescheduling for an appointment. They follow up right away and show up very promptly for their appointments.If you have a pest problem I wouldn’t use anyone else. They came one time and never saw a mouse again. Bay City is a great, family-owned business that truly goes above and beyond. They were kind enough to fit us in for a last minute appointment and even braved a ton of snow to get to our house for our service. I’m currently pregnant and was very worried about cleaning up after we discovered evidence of a mouse, and on top of their standard inspection/baiting, they were kind enough to clean up the droppings for me so that I wouldn’t have to do it while pregnant. On top of that, they even put my cleaning supplies back when they were done. First time using BCPM services. They took care of jellowjackets nesting in a soffit. They arrived on time and treated the area quickly. Both techs were professional and explained how the treatment was going to work and what to expect following.
