I had a really great experience starting with a phone call to figure out if I needed an appointment or not. The manager picked up the phone and he was really helpful and respectful he answered all my questions and was very patient with me. The customer service was extremely helpful! I was able to come in the same day too which was awesome! The service itself was very good too, my barber Alfonso was very kind and professional. He was able to fix and make the mess up that was done to my hair away from my last barber. He did exactly what I wanted which was a low taper. I love how my hair looks now and I will be coming back. I had a amazing experience!
