They were prompt with their arrival time - driver/servicemen were. very polite; very knowledgeable; took their time to explain info that I requested of them; provided a neat, thorough job; showed a strong desire to please us and complete the job in an efficient manner; showed that they wanted to perform the work in a correct manner.
