The Westminster family Fitness center is the best! They offer a huge range of group classes included in your membership so you can always mix up your workout (HIIT cycle, tabata, aerial yoga, slow flow yoga, etc). They also have on-site child care, which has been a lifesaver!
Westminster Family Fitness has been the most welcoming and encouraging gym I’ve ever belonged to. They have all of the essential work out equipment, phenomenal childcare providers and hands-down, the best work out classes with the best instructors. The BAND app is easy to use to view offered classes and to sign up. My favorite workout classes are the Tabata classes as well as HITT cycle classes. Each class offers modifications if needed and is always the perfect amount of a challenge. Clean, well-maintained facility that offers an amazing variety of classes at times that will fit everyone's schedule. Knowledgeable instructors--very professional programs. All offered at a reasonable monthly rate. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
