Please save your time and money, I had the worst experience in this place, Dr. Weintraub was really bad and the office staff does not seem to care about the patient or the really bad service a patient is receiving. I wish I would have seen the previous reviews before going there.
Alright, brace yourself and have patience. This will be a lengthy review. In December 2023, I called to schedule an appointment for an updated routine eye exam, to ask about getting a new pair of prescription eye protection for work (there's an astigmatism in my right eye), and to possibly consult with a doctor regarding Lasik (if possible). Appointment was scheduled for March 2024. One week prior to said appointment, I get a call to reschedule as the doctor would not be in the office on my appointment date. UPDATE 8/25: I left my contact lens prescription with the 3 ladies who sit by the office window. I asked if one of them could price the contacts and let me order them while I was there. She chuckled (along with the other 2) and said she was busy doing something else and that she would call me. Well, 2.5 days later and no call. But, that's ok cause I just ordered the contacts on 1-800 CONTACTS!! The ladies in the office apparently have time to giggle, but not to follow through with a new patient who is formulating opinions about the customer service. 8/23: Just met with Dr. Bittings for the first time.
