I Went in tonight and had such a great experience at Ulta! An employee named Shyanne helped me pick out foundation and concealer. I let her know I don’t really wear makeup, but that I’m getting my makeup done soon for a photo shoot, and she was incredibly helpful and patient. She took the time to ask about my day and the photo shoot while helping me find the right foundation for my skin. She was very sweet, kind, and easy-going, and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, Shyanne!
I don't come in often, but I always have a nice time when I do. These folks are NOT pushy, and I super appreciate that. Celena helped me greatly with the 5 for $10 bin even if I opted for something else instead!
The employees at Ulta are incredibly polite and helpful. I especially want to thank Cheyenne who works in the makeup department, as she was very kind and helpful picking out a shade of MAC foundation. Riley was also very kind and helpful at checkout.
