U.N.I Urgent Care offers a quick and caring experience for both adults and children. The staff, including Dr. Adebukola Adebayo, is often described as diligent, helpful, and understanding, especially towards patients like non-verbal autistic children. The front desk and nurses are praised for their positive attitude and excellent service. Many visitors have noted that they were in and out in under an hour, even on busy days. However, some patients have mentioned long wait times and recommend making appointments with their primary doctors for faster service. This is my second visit to this particular Urgent Care. I always forget this location, but I needed to go somewhere that was going to be a quick visit for the standard clearance of strep, flus, and Covid. Dr. Adebayo was kind, caring and understanding. It’s rare to find a Dr with such a good attitude and bedside manner, so I was thankful because this visit was not something that I felt needed medical attention. Nurse Rashid was great as well. She checked my vitals and was very sweet! I do not know the name of the receptionist, but she was helpful as well, especially accommodating with me because I had forgotten my wallet with my ID and insurance card- Thankful for her and technology to get everything processed so I can be seen for the visit. All test results were negative, so I had my clearance and with the diagnosis of acute upper respiratory infection, given medication to relieve the dry, irritating cough that had been keeping me up at night.
The staff were friendly, had a good sense of humor and effecient.
Not too long of a wait to be taken in for medical information. Pleasant staff.
