Edward and Jordon were both extremely courteous and professional they took extra steps to keep the house clean as they worked on replacing our furnace and an outside AC unit gave us a thorough walk-through on the new system and answer any questions that we had they did an excellent job!
Modern Comfort installed a new oil burner in my home at what seemed to be a fair price. When the system wasn’t working the way I expected, they sent knowledgeable technicians out to assess the situation and decided the main issue was with inadequate existing ductwork. After some discussion, the company decided to spend two days working on improving the ductwork, but we’re very fair about how much of that I had to pay for, ultimately only charging me for the ductwork itself and not for labor.
