After a rude old guy hung up on me because I was upset that they hadn't deducted my monthly payments for over a year without reaching out to me and sticking me with a 2400 dollar bill. A nice lady called me and resolved the issue by first acknowledging that they had screwed up, and then we figured out how to resolve the issue. She might want to train others on dealing with screwups and upset customers and not hanging up

Sharon Hill has been helpful above and beyond her job description as I have had to take over my aging father's personal business and ultimately the sale of my father's home. Her care and concern for my father was evident as I spoke with her and with her immediate responses to my concerns and needs for my father's home.
