Our well pump went up on Friday night of Labor Day weekend leaving us with no water. I called First Class Mechanical that night and they had 2 techs at our home bright and early Saturday morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced our pump for a fair price. Water was flowing by 9:30 the next morning. The techs were very courteous and we are very happy with the service we received.

After a lightning strike in our neighborhood disrupted the gas line and prompted the fire department to shut off gas to over 40 homes, First Class Mechanical responded swiftly. Arriving at 9 PM, they worked tirelessly through the night to restore gas to everyone’s homes and provided an air line check for all. In the face of this unexpected challenge on a Friday night, they showed incredible compassion and offered significant financial relief. I would recommend them for service of A/C. They identified leak in evaporator coil and worked with me on various repair ooptions with associated risk without trying to upsell. They were able to repair the current system and charged less than original quote due to quicker repair. Cody walked me through the repair and showed the repaired coil before closing the system back up. Excellent work and communication throughout his repair.
