Called late on a Friday and had someone out in less than ten minutes to try to finish a deadbolt install we just couldn't figure out. Incredibly friendly gentlemen who did their best on our pitiful attempt to drill holes and get the handleset installed. They did what they could to get the door functional and are coming back to fix what I screwed up. Cannot say enough good things about this company! Any future issues I have, I will be making this my first call! Thank you so much to Derrick (spelling??) and the supervisor who came to help.

Great friendly service!!! Took my fancy smart remote automotive key to get cut and was done perfectly. They also sell a variety of remote fobs for various car manufacturers as well. Highly recommended!!

I highly recommend Colonial Lock Service. Although they were very busy, when they found out that my front door deadbolt stopped functioning, they worked overtime to fit me into their packed schedule and corrected the problem. They were courteous, professional, and charged less than I expected.
