Let’s start with the good…. We have been very happy with the services provided and the providers that are helping my son. His individual therapist is accessible and the communication is good. Now for the negative… We are using our insurance eff flexible spending account to pay for our copay. Early in the year we were also using it to pay for our deductible and needed to supply our FSA with detailed receipts. The admin people at the front desk gave me non-detailed receipts on three separate occasions even after I explain to them what I needed. The counselors there are very helpful. They try to pull the kids out of themselves to help them work through issues they are dealing with. They also have family and adult counseling as well!
