I had slacks hemmed around the bottom. The thread did not match the pant, and the sewing line was sloppy on one leg with several threads sewn on one portion. I provided feedback, and tried the person a 2nd time, this time by needing sleeves shortened on a new blazer. I tried it on in the shop and sleeves were measured. When I later picked up and tried the blazer on, the sleeves were much too short..not at all what we pre measured. I will not be back.
I needed my dress pants hemmed for a wedding two weeks from when I brought them in. Not only did I receive great customer service, but they really knew they were doing! These pants were 2 inches too long, so before I brought them in I was stepping on them when I walked. As you can see in the picture, they now fit perfectly. A great price and I only had to wait a week! I don't understand all the negative reviews and comments about this place, they do a great job.
1) My first time at CLEANERS, I received perfect alterations to a ? dinner dress. It included a lot of small, complicated alterations. Everything was done exactly as requested. And in a timely fashion which was really important to me at that time.
