We had a new door lock installed on a door that needed a lot of help. The customer service was excellent and Pete knew exactly what to do with a problematic door and latch set up. I would highly recommend this company.
I called R.J. Lock and Security on a Thursday to have locks re-keyed at my Mom's house in Selbyville, DE. The appointment was scheduled for the following Saturday. The locksmith, Pete, arrived on-time and assessed the locks and reviewed the re-keying process. Pete had three doors re-keyed in about 30 minutes. Pete also gave me an extra set of keys, which was nice. The service was prompt, efficient, and quick, and Pete was great. Definitely recommend and would call again.
We have an immobilizer issue with a 2002 Toyota Avalon, A vehicle services team member came out earlier than scheduled, they did call first to make sure it was ok. Even though we were unsuccessful at getting the computers to reset (Toyota doesn't make them this hard anymore) the technician was very thorough and gave it his all for an hour. I really appreciate RJ Locksmith, they have been in business for over 40 years here on the shore.
