Simply the best! Honesty is a hard attribute to find in a business these days! I own a local business who had a major outage this past holiday weekend. Many, MANY thousands of dollars on the line. After calling in desperation the owners son called back and responded extremely promptly. We've had issues with the same unit in the past and were given huge quotes for replacement. Not AL Boulden and Son. Turns out a minor part required replacement and we were back to running in only 2 hours from my initial call. Honestly company, great value, and phenomenal folks to deal with. I had an emergency need for a new water heater. My trusted contractor, who never steers me wrong, recommended this company. The next morning, they replaced my water heater with a more efficient one. I received a letter from Delmarva comparing my energy use to the top 20% of efficient homes in my comparison group. My energy use was 17% lower than those homes. This is a friendly, efficient, knowledgeable company with stellar customer service!
