The owner of this company has a lot to learn about honesty, customer service, and professionalism. Tiffany seems to have VIP clients and if you are not one of them, she eventually seems pretty disinterested in providing good service. She will not take the proper time nor patience to answer questions or explain the work she has done. I suppose her customers are also supposed to have a degree in her line of work and know the nuances of taxes because that's how she comes off. She practically shouted at and hung up on me on one of our phone calls claiming I was about to go over time for my allotted time. Pretty ironic when she was almost 35 min late on our first phone... read full review
