Everyone is normally friendly but today I witnessed the manager Desiree being super rude and bossy to the staff , to the point it made me uncomfortable. She was into bossing the employees around she never fully heard or listened to the question I asked and directed me into a total different area. I did not like my visit today

Whatever you need in beauty supplies this is your spot. The people who are quick to help me. Easy parking, great atmosphere and the things are easy to find as the attender helps you. I’ve given multiple chances but on multiple occasions and with various staff everyone just seems like they don’t want to be bothered. The customer service is always bare minimum and I hate being made to feel like a burden when I ask for help finding a product or with recommendations. The plus is that the store is typically stocked with what I need and clean.
