The receptionist Donna was very rude and unorganized They could not find my chart from 4 years ago and Donna said I had doctors I have never had and insurance I don't have. Donna did not know that I had been there 4 years ago and had surgery done. Also on the first visit the other receptionist set up my surgery app on Dec 6th at which time I notified my job and my daughter. On the next visit. Donna rescheduled my surgery for Nov. 29th and the surgery center called me telling me what time I was to be there. This is after I had set everything up for Dec 6th. Donna got mad and flustered after I told her this. Her remark was well I thought you wanted this done asap.... read full review
Dr. Clark is one of the most caring and brilliant doctors I've ever had. He takes time to talk with me and provide a truly detailed diagnosis while also explaining why my condition may have developed. He very clearly has a passion for eyes and I feel like his favorite patient during each interaction. One of his staff is truly exceptional - he always makes sure to get the best prices for the medications Dr. Clark prescribes. Overall, I'm very happy with this office. I have many different docs with pros and cons for each office, but I can honestly say Dr. Clark's office is one of my favorites!
I would highly recommend this Doctor. I have been suffering for years with dry eyes. I had been to numerous Ophthalmologist and I finally have relieve thanks to Dr. Clark. Dr.Clark is very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know about dry eyes. I truly am impressed with his professionalism and his staffs mannerisms. I would highly recommend this Ophthalmologist. I have read the reviews and I am shocked by some truly they have issues and don’t want to hear the truth. Dr. Clark is knowledgeable in his field. I will truly miss him if he ever retires.
