Such a positive first experience! I saw that this shop was in the area so I called to check for availability. I got a response within five minutes! Such a clean environment with reasonable prices and welcoming staff. Navi worked on my hair and did an excellent job! Looks better than the inspiration I gave her! So fast, pleasant , and neat. I will be returning!
This is the first time I went here and I highly recommend this place. Thank you Laurette again for your welcoming, kindness and your beautiful smile. Keep going and I ll come back next month.
overall I enjoyed my experience very much, my hair came out the way I was expecting and they were very kind. my appointment was at 10am, and I arrived 10 minutes early. they sat me down, asked me what I wanted, and started prepping. we started at 10 and began to move very quickly, in about 30 minutes 2 or 3 rows of my senegalese were installed, just not twisted yet. I was then left unattended for about 30 minutes, and someone else began working on my hair. she had then stopped for about another 30 minutes, which had me very confused but I could understand since there were about 5-6 other clients. once she came back small breaks were taken but nothing too major, and my... read full review
