Such a positive first experience! I saw that this shop was in the area so I called to check for availability. I got a response within five minutes! Such a clean environment with reasonable prices and welcoming staff. Navi worked on my hair and did an excellent job! Looks better than the inspiration I gave her! So fast, pleasant , and neat. I will be returning!

Hair came out beautifully but $140 for a retwist and style is outrageous especially because on the website it’s $60 & outside of this shop I usually get it done for $80. If you don’t know how much a style should cost they absolutely will try to add crazy amounts of money like you’re dumb. I also had an appointment at 10:30 and didn’t start until close to 11:15, of-course no discount was added for the wait, I Won’t ever come back to this shop.
Update:The message they send is not genuine, I actually went to the shop for the refund they claimed they would give and was met with hostility and no resolution, they did nothing but make excuses, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SHOP !!!!

I went to the shop to get my hair done on Friday. They tried to get this old lady to braid my hair. I told them I didn't like the way she was braiding my hair. So they got another younger lady to braid my hair. I asked for my hair to be braided to.the middle of my back. The top of my head was braided short.i call back the next day Lola going to say you is supposed to say something before you leave. I was in the shop for nine hours getting my hair done. I wasn't pleased with job they did on my head.

They literally quoted me one price over the phone, made my braids 6 inches longer, but tried to upcharge me for more hair for my large knotless braids. They didn’t mention about an up charge until my hair was finished. Even while the owner came in mid way to look at my hair. I like how my hair turned out but but I definitely won’t be back nor will I refer anyone else here.

overall I enjoyed my experience very much, my hair came out the way I was expecting and they were very kind. my appointment was at 10am, and I arrived 10 minutes early. they sat me down, asked me what I wanted, and started prepping. we started at 10 and began to move very quickly, in about 30 minutes 2 or 3 rows of my senegalese were installed, just not twisted yet. I was then left unattended for about 30 minutes, and someone else began working on my hair. she had then stopped for about another 30 minutes, which had me very confused but I could understand since there were about 5-6 other clients. once she came back small breaks were taken but nothing too major, and my hair was done in about 7 hours. the orignal price for my twist were 200, but my hair length added an extra 20, which i understand. i was also given complimentary boho pieces which i was greatly thankful for. I am very satisfied with my hair and look forward to coming back, lola took very good care of me :)
