A couple of my friends have standing appointments here, so I decided to give this place one more go... and it was well worth it. I don't remember seeing any of the nail techs from my 2019 visits, so I'm not sure if this place is under new management, staff overhaul, or if they've done some serious customer service training. Either way, it's MUCH better than my previous experiences. I enjoyed my time there and the mango-strawberry frozen drink really hit the spot on a hot summer day. Came in on a Sunday at 4:30 because their hours of operation on Google says closes at 6. Walked in and was told they close at 5 so they can’t see me. I drove 20 minutes to come here because I like the way they do my nails the best and the atmosphere is very nice. I was very disappointed. And I can’t go back the next day because they are closed on Monday. Please change your business hours to avoid confusion in the future. Thank you.

The pedicure was okay. I did have to share a place on my foot that I needed the technician to redo, and she did. I then wanted a manicure. I did not understand that with a manicure why you could only get your nail polished if you chose gel/acrylic polish. When I had my pedicure, they used traditional polish but could not do the same for a manicure. I'll stick to my little nail salon near my home!
