Overall good experience here! The shop is clean and has WiFi. The ladies are nice. The service was quick (just under 5 hours). The price was discussed after we agreed on a picture. My braids are beautiful! Only point of criticism is we started 30 minutes later than my appointment time without any explanation or apology. I assume that’s from the language barrier. For roughly 20 minutes I wasn’t sure if I was going to have my appointment. Also, some music or movies would be good!
I love my hair each an every time! I unfortunately do not know the name of the sweet young lady who does my hair most of the time. I was amazed that I was offered a late appointment 7:30pm and as early as 4:00am 😃 They also have various colors of synthetic hair that has never caused an allergic reaction. They keep the salon clean, are fast, my hair looks great and they were able to style my hair exactly like the picture I showed them. I've been going to Kay-Z for almost 10 years and I plan to continue

The quality of the braids was outstanding. They were neat, even, and securely done. I have received numerous compliments on my hair since getting it done. The braids have held up well, with minimal frizz or loosening even after a few.
