My sister and I were excited to take our three preteen/teen daughters for pedicures today. We called ahead to make reservations and let them know we were bringing the three girls to celebrate a birthday, the person taking the reservation was positive and sounded like it would be a great experience. Upon arrival we received a much different welcome. The five of us were rushed to pick colors by several employees and then sent to separate areas of the pedicure space. We asked them about sitting together since we had called ahead and were brushed off and rushed to sit separately. With this, it felt as if we were not welcome. My nail Tech (Anthony) is Awesome and the Owner does my henna brows, she’s amazing. My services are always top tier. Anthony is so creative. Salon is always clean, the people at the front desk are professional and inviting. I love this salon. Thank you Escape Salon for your awesome services
