I had an appointment scheduled for 9am this morning with “Louis”. I arrived at 8:55am and was told that “Louis” was on his way. I had a pedicure done and still no “Louis”.Finally, he arrived, stopped at a cabinet and started eating; stuffing his face with crackers. I was sitting at his station and in clear view of him. I asked the receptionist if there was anyone else available. First, let me start by saying the establishment’s interior design is very well put together. It’s pretty relaxing and aesthetically pleasing but pretty crowded during the week which disturbs the vibe a bit. This was my first time getting my nails done here, where I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure which came up to $105!!! Very overpriced for the service I got. My nail technician Mai was very combative and blew me off when trying to tell her what i wanted. She made me bleed on two fingers, and my gel manicure looked awful to the point where I had to speak to the manager and get it redone.

I've been looking for a salon that really cares about cleanliness and client satisfaction. I thoroughly enjoyed my service and felt catered to. They served drinks and often inquired about my comfort. The tools came straight out of the pack, which was an absolute must.My only critique is that the salon set-up was a bit concentrated.
