Love love love Dr Chika however, the optician in her office is umm well my family stopped going. Eventually We’d just take our prescriptions with us …see the Dr and move about.. now we don’t go at all. Not sure if her optical lady took over but she was avoided for a reason. My family of 6 didn’t proceed with any appointments moving forward after our last visit… she hovered the front desk and rudely treated the receptionists. I work in ophthalmology but my kids need an a optometrist so for that alone Dr Chika is great… getting to her.. not so great

I have been using Chika Eye Care for years. I recently had an annual check up and ordered new glasses and as usual I received great service. Ms. Chika is always kind, pleasant and professional as is her staff.

Right as soon as I walked into the Chika Eye Care office I was greeted in a very friendly manner. I was immediately treated by the doctor. The office is full of friendly and patient staff. They went above and beyond my expectations. My original plan was just to get my eyes examined, and then take my prescription to BJs to pick out a frame there. However after I saw the wide selections of eyewear and their prices were very fair. I decided why not just get it all done here. Staff helped me pick out the perfect glasses that fit my face, and she did not mind that I tried on at least 15+ pair of glasses, my favorite part is that they sanitize all the glasses after someone...read full review
