After 3 visits, $250 from my pocket, plus insurance payments to Dr Saurberger, my left glasses lens is still not correct! Having dry eyes as he claimed I have, and weeks of eye drops did not make the left lens any clearer. Lencrafters replaced the left lens for free with the new prescription which still is not clear. Very disappointed with Dr Saurberger.

It took me two weeks to write this review to hopefully share everyone the hurt and humiliation by going to this (appearing) psychotic doctor. Although I've gone to him annually for two years because the distance was convenient, I saw signs that I should not return there. Starting with his staff, every year they were cold and uninviting,, even to the point of appearing to not hearing your question, etc. I noticed that there's never any (maybe one or two) are ever there when I get there. Time factor?? Not at all. I've gone in a.m. and p.m. and the office has a morbid feeling. I still tried to think positive each year. But my recent visit is my last!! Dr. Sauerberger examined me said he was leaving the room for about 10 minutes and returned in about an half hour. By this time I had taken a pamphlet from my purse to read and had ample time to read the flyer he thrusted in my hand before he left the room. When he returned he saw that I made check marks beside sentences that i needed him to explain to me later. When he returned to the room and saw I marked on the flyer, HE SCREAMED AT ME, SNATCHED THE PAPER FROM MY HAND ALONG WITH MY PEN AND PAMPHLET AND TOSSED THEM ASIDE...YELLING, SAYING 'WHY DID YOU MARK ON THE PAPER!!! Then he told his assistant to give him a new paper. She did so but did not seem surprised by his TEMPER TANTRUM... I am a 77 year old black woman, retired educator and have never been so disrespected and humiliated in my life. It appears that this doctor NEEDS A DOCTOR and medication for his unprofessional manner and disregard for the HIPPOCRATIC OATH he swore to decades ago. Prior to leaving his office I sat quietly for awhile but promised myself I'd never return and to make my experience public.

My concern is how is someone suppose to make a appointment and the machine says the office is close and it's now 3:00 pm. They close at 4:00pm I'm confused. I called several times.
