The front office staff makes patients feel seen from the moment they walk in the door, described as wonderful, very kind, and caring. The radiology staff are always engaging, thoughtful, and kind. Doctors are awesome, taking good care of patients and explaining what to expect during treatment. One patient noted that Doctor Naydich and his team are the best, becoming a brother in the struggle. The staff provides hard work, guidance, and patience, sharing daily responsibilities for accurate treatments. Patients are told they play a part in their healing process. The office is described as the best ever been to. CPRCC continues to be on the front-line of the technological revolution, bringing new opportunities to the local community. Patients would recommend CPRCC to everyone and anyone, stating they will miss the caring staff.
CPRCC is a great facility with the most caring staff. There is no difference in the order of care you receive, be it Dr, intake staff, or radiation technicians . . . they are all at the top tier of their craft.
Dr Kim did my preliminary through Kaiser, and Dr Gill was my on-site oncologist. Alezia was the perfect FIRST-CONTACT!! Everyone was measured to her level of excellence because she really set the bar high with her level of care and sensitivity to my situation. I appreciate her to no end because she calmed me. If you haven't heard her sing, then you're missing the greatest experience. Heavenly and Angelic in all right!!

I received radiation treatments here and I must say it was the scariest 8 weeks of my life! I felt a lot of pain, I was nervous and overall just overwhelmed. There were days I had to bring my daughter with me and the staff allowed her to play with the rubber ducks in the office and was sooo nice to her! My daughter loved coming with me. They encouraged her as she was seeing her mom in a way she never seen before. But one staff member, Ms Traci Millard noticed me “not looking my normal self” she said. When faced with the task of understanding how cancer might impact your life, it is so much easier to grasp when you have a team fighting for you. I can say with confidence that Doctor Naydich and his team is the best. The front office staff made you feel seen from the moment you walked in the door. The radiology staff were always engaging, thoughtful and kind. Doctor Naydich, became my brother in the struggle. Someone to never forget.
