I am deeply dissatisfied with the outcome of my shower installation by Bath Planet and regret this purchase immensely.

During the sales consultation, I was explicitly assured that the shower glass would not become cloudy due to a proprietary protective coating and that mold growth would not be an issue. Unfortunately, neither of these assurances has proven to be true. I am now dealing with visible mold, severely clouded glass, a shower door that does not close completely, and water pooling in areas away from the drain—clear indications of improper installation and substandard workmanship.

I am extremely disappointed in Bath Planet’s product, installation, and service.

I regret choosing Bath Planet for our bathroom renovation. The installation was overpriced for the quality of materials used. For example, the recessed light fixture was the cheapest available and didn’t match the recessed can—it was so poorly done I had to reinstall it myself. The custom shower was another disappointment. The sliding door is thin and rattles loudly every time it’s opened, closed, or wiped down—especially frustrating during early mornings when it disturbs my wife’s sleep.
