I had an appointment this morning.The first staff who handled me had gloves on has foul odor, the smell was odd, it made me want to threw up but I didn’t complain.
The second staff came in that handled me her gloves didn’t have any odor.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience here. It was, without a doubt, the best dentist appointment I’ve ever had.
I struggle with severe anxiety, and I knew I needed a team that would treat me with patience, compassion, and understanding. From the moment I walked in, that’s exactly what I found. The young lady who took my X-rays immediately made me feel at ease. Dr. Banks took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. When I met with Nyeisha, she continued that same level of kindness and genuinely went above and beyond to help me figure out the next steps.

Had a horrible experience with my last first denture place and surgeon. But I came to this place full of angels who finally gave me the answers I needed. They found out that I still have teeth shards and been messing me up so badly. It brings me to tears that’s it taken over a year and so many hospitals and MedStar visits and no relief until I came to these wonderful people this afternoon. I feel so comfortable with the angel who looked me over this afternoon. Definitely would recommend these people to anyone who has so much pain in their teeth and jaw. They actually care about you and want to make you smile better again.
