0/10 wouldn’t recommend !! they were the only braid shop i called that was open on Mother’s Day i asked for alica keys braids then I changed my style to zig zag stitch braids so it could be quicker she did the first braid & it looked a mess the zig zag part looked a mess the braid was not stitched all the way down then she did a second one and i told her take it out then i changed my style again to something simple all i asked for was two braids she said my hair was thick and had another lady come do the two braids the lady didn’t wash the product out my hair so when she started the braid i already knew it wasn’t going to look right but i gave her a chance she finished one of the two braids and my hair was slicked on the sides the top of the feed in was sticking up . i told her take it out and I got up & left . i let these two woman play in my hair for 3 hours because no one else was available. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !!

Absolutely rude and disrespectful. Does not listen to what you want and gets very ignorant when you try to get them to correct it. The manager was nice however wasn't there at the time and tried to get me to come another day so she can correct it however they left a bad impression and I will never come back again.

girl they played in my head i asked for barrel end middle part faux locs and she gave me a smiddle. it came out looking veryyyy bulky and just standing on its own. when i showed her pictures of the style i wanted, she told me she could definitely do it, but then when i got there they said they can't do barrel ends because it doesn't work on faux locs, like what are you talking about? she made it very clear that she would be able to do it and then at the end she was like nah we can't. i had to show her how to do it and they still didn't come out right. i just took the barrel ends out and left it as regular faux locs. the spring twists started unraveling a few days later and i had to cut it off like what? then to add to that, the parts were so messy and not neat at all. i kindly told the lady while she was doing it too tight and she said sorry but kept on to the point i had irritation bumps in some areas in the back of my scalp from it being too tight. it hasn't even been a month and it already looks like it's been one. i reached out to ask the lady if we could come to the salon so she could fix the unraveling spring twists, she said to call the next day. i called the next day, no one picked up, mind you i called many times and days after too, but she ignored my calls. never coming back here again.

NEVER AGAIN. Rip off, and i showed my reference pictures numerous times just to still not be satisfied after leaving. trying to upcharge me when in reality for the poor service i should’ve been getting a discount . save yourself i pray i can get my refund

The last two times I took my daughter there..I wasn’t pleased at all..they’re starting to have young kids doing hair that doesn’t know how to & as soon as you complain there’s a problem..bcoz they didn’t want refund my money back..I even sent pictures of how the hair looked and they still tried arguing back with me bcoz they didn’t want refund me..it just wasn’t professional done at all for the price of 180$

I walked in and hair style was discussed and picture was agreed upon. Hair was completed neatly however braids were larger than in the picture. Disappointed but accepted the style. Will not return or recommended. EDIT: I mentioned my dissatisfaction twice. The first after the first 2 braids and specified if the correct style for the picture was being completed. The braider rolled her eyes and said it was. Then after a few more were completed I even counted the number of braids in the desired picture and the braider rolled her eyes again and said she was doing that same style. I only have 20 braids in my hair. They are very large. The picture had closer to 35 braids. I’m currently out of town but will return next week if you are willing to discuss please leave the number I should reply to. Thank you for responding promptly.
