First time coming to this Zips in. The clerk showed me what to do for the next time. Very simple instructions on what to do. Easy in and to pick up the dry cleaning. The suit came ot fabulous. Great service. Will definitely be back.
This is the most technologically advanced Zips I’ve ever been to. Beautiful location. Convenient and the staff were friendly. They removed stain from a new jacket that I left and the price is competitive.
I stopped in for their $19.95 comforter special which was great. Got it back in a few days. Loved the after hours drop off process. I did have a small issue so I reached out on line and was surprised when I got a call back the next day from the owner. He was super apologetic and had me come back in for review. He sent it back out and got it resolved and I could not have been more pleased. Super nice folks and a great addition to Urbana. Ill be going there for all my future dry cleaning needs.
