Jeong's Urbana Taekwondo & Yoga is a welcoming and supportive family-run business that offers positive and encouraging classes for students of all ability levels. The instructors, including Master Jeong and Mrs. Jeong, are knowledgeable, patient, and caring. They provide tailored instruction that helps build confidence, focus, and growth. The environment is friendly and inclusive, making everyone feel comfortable regardless of their situation. Many students enjoy the challenge of Taekwondo, which strengthens both the body and mind, and leave classes with happy, sweaty smiles. The instructors are attentive to each student's needs, ensuring safety and well-being, and are highly supportive of children, even those with ADHD. Long-term students appreciate the caring atmosphere and the sense of community, looking forward to many more years of learning and growth. Jeong’s taekwondo is the best thing that ever happened to me. Before I started in late November of 2024 I had low confidence and self esteem. Over the last couple of months of being here Master has taught me a lot, and helped improve my confidence in myself. This place is amazing! If you are looking for a positive, encouraging, supportive environment, this is it! The Jeongs and all of their black belt instructors are knowledgeable and provide tailored instruction to meet every student’s needs. They inspire confidence in the students and show the utmost understanding and support for all ability levels. Our kids walk out after every class with nothing but sweaty smiles!
