This review is long overdue (I was there 3 months ago!), but my massage with Kaala , and entire experience, was so amazing I definitely wanted to share it!
Due to travel issues and multiple cancelled flights (this was during the TSA fiasco) I was late to my much needed massage. Kaala was so friendly and calming and went above and beyond to help me. She helped calm my frustrations from the previous 24 hours of chaotic travel, and was able to work out all my stress. Her technique was incredible. She knew just what to do, and what pressure to use. I didn’t mention this when I was there, but I am a Massage Therapist and Massage Therapy Instructor and owner of a wellness center and massage school. I 1000% recommend Kaala and would hire her in a heartbeat if she ever wanted to move to Arkansas! 🤣
My entire experience with The Heavens Spa was amazing, from start to finish. I called several times as I was driving to the appointment after being flown in to a different airport than originally scheduled, having to take multiple forms of public transit to the original airport to pick up my rental car, and then finally driving to the Spa. Each time I called the receptionist was friendly and compassionate. When I finally arrived they were so understanding and helpful. As an owner myself I completely understand busy schedules and the importance of keeping appointment times, but also doing your best to work with special situations when you can, and the team at The Heavens did just that, and in a way that truly made me feel cared for and appreciated as a client.
I can’t recommend The Heavens Spa enough! Top notch customer service and massage service! My only regret is that I don’t live closer!

First, let me start by saying the place was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, everything was clean and welcoming. It smelled incredible the aroma of essential oils really set a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was spotless, and the room I was in was clean and comfortable, including the bed.
Kayla was amazing! From the moment I walked in, everything was already set up the bed was made, and the room was clean and welcoming.
She asked what areas I wanted her to focus on during my stretch, and she made sure to target exactly those areas. She also checked my preferences, like the type of music I liked and whether I wanted to use tools like the massage gun, which I appreciated.
Kayla was very professional and attentive throughout the entire session. Her stretches were incredible—she worked through every area I mentioned and even went a bit beyond to make sure everything was properly addressed. She consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and that the pressure and stretch level were okay.
Overall, she was kind, thorough, and made the experience very enjoyable. Thank you, Kayla, for helping stretch my body out I will definitely be back!

For my massage, I had Josh, and he was amazing. He took the time to ask if there were any specific areas I wanted him to focus on and what issues I was experiencing. He also asked about my preferred pressure level (hard, medium, or soft), and I chose medium which he executed perfectly.
Throughout the session, he consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and asked if I needed more or less pressure. He used hot stones and a massage gun, which I really enjoyed, but honestly, his hands were the highlight. He was very skilled and attentive, working through each muscle and even identifying areas of tightness.
What I appreciated most was that he provided helpful feedback on what stretches I could do at home to help relieve tension and keep my muscles relaxed.

I highly recommend the Heavens Spa. I have been to several massage places and I know I’ve found my go to spot for a massage moving forward. My appointment was with Frank. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Make sure you make your appointment with him! Thanks for a wonderful experience from the massage chairs in the waiting area to the relaxing atmosphere. I most certainly feel better leaving than when I came in. ⭐️⭐️

This was my first time going to Heavens Spa and I enjoyed the massage given by Joshua. Joshua was very attentive, knowledgeable and resourceful (i.e. providing after massage instructions regarding stretching). I would go back and would rebook with Joshua.

I’d like to begin by saying that I wholeheartedly recommend The Heavens Spa to anyone seeking a truly luxurious experience. The spa is a shining example of Black excellence. As soon as you step inside and see Jai’s welcoming smile and hear her calming voice, you know you’re in for something truly special.
I’ve been to the spa a few times over the years, and I’ve always had wonderful experiences. Last Christmas, I asked my husband for a spa membership, and he gifted me with a year-long membership that included a monthly 90-minute massage (highly recommend!). During my facial, I asked the esthetician, Angela (also wonderful), who she had received massages from. Sebene was on her list. While Angela assured me that all the providers are great and I couldn’t go wrong with anyone, I decided to start with Sebene. And I’ve never looked back. Sebene is appropriately working at a spa with the word Heaven in the name!! Her skills are truly extraordinary. She is a miracle worker! I had bilateral total hip replacement in 2025, and I’ve been recovering slowly since February of 2025. Often, when I go to my appointments, my body is out of alignment and in some degree of pain. When I leave, I feel like I’ve left a transformative experience. While Sebene offers traditional massages, I’ve opted for a treatment focused on realignment and mobility. I’m 51 years old and have had massages throughout my adult life. I can honestly say, I have NEVER experienced massage therapy like this! Sebene is truly gifted! The only thing that tops her hands blessed by God is her calm, warm, intuitive demeanor. She walks in and you want to hug her. You feel safe and secure. I walk in the door, and she greets me with a warm smile, gentle hug, and asks if there is anything I would like her to focus on. And while I give her my concerns, being mindful that I only have 90 minutes, some weeks feel like my entire body is aching. She ensures she addresses all my concerns and intuitively navigates to body parts I have not mentioned but have been struggling with. And when she is done, she always says, “I hope I have made you feel a little better.”
After every visit, my husband asks how was my massage. Each month, my response is more detailed and glowing. I have told him for months that I owe this angel a review but want to keep her to myself. So after months, I am begrudgingly writing a review that cannot begin to accurately honor this exceptionally talented woman, in hopes it won’t backfire and I can still get an appointment ❤️.

My first visit to The Heavens Spa was wonderful and let me say I will be booking again ASAP. My name was Joshua and I highly recommend him. I feel very comfortable. His techniques and skills are very great. The atmosphere of the spa in general is very relaxing. The ambience was nice dim light setting nice smelling aromas in each room and even in the waiting room, they have the zero gravity massage chairs. I give this a 10 out of 10 Highly recommend.
