Elzena's customer service is so amazing I had to write a review. Not only did she clearly communicate, when the sales rep quoted me and electric forklift for my NASA job, she knew something was wrong and sent Juan to evaluate the jobsite again. I spoke to a young lady at this branch Wednesday and she set the bar for professionalism and customer service. I believe her name was El or Elle. Anyway, she helped with my rental and connected me to a sales rep to help me set up an account. She deserves her flowers and more !

El is a beast, she got me and 6 other customers swiftly out as we stood in a line with no help. The guys behind the wall don’t even greet you nor acknowledge you when it’s obvious one of them is the manager but that is another conversation for corporate.
