Do not go here if you want your carpet to take forever to dry and if you want a company to respond to you with very little concern. Had a simple carpet cleaning job done at my home in my living room that took almost 4 days to dry..wow! I knew something was wrong when the 3rd day came and the carpet was still damp. Contacted the company about it and they told me to open windows to get the carpet to dry faster but why should I have to even do that?? Carpet usually only takes a day to dry. Should have went with the carpet company I used before where the carpet only took about 8 hours to dry but instead went with Royal T since I noticed they were a nearby company to my home..never... read full review
