The worst carpet cleaning service ever! They took my money and the carpet was not clean. My cousin came over and couldn't believe my carpet was cleaned. My carpet was wet for the whole week and it made my basement smell. I had to get Stanley Steamer to do it over. So I payed double the price. The owner told me he would makeup for it but he never came back nor reimbursed me. I will never use their services ever again.

WORST COMPANY ON THE EAST COAST!! IF YOU EVER COME ACROSS THIS COMPANY RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! THE WORK IS SHOTTY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY LEFT THEIR TRASH IN THE YARD AND IN THE PROPERTY. THEY DON'T SHOW UP FOR WORK, AND WHEN THEY DID, THEY CLAIMED SOMEBODY TOOK THE MONEY FOR THE JOB.

This company is unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and pathetic. Don't waste your time or money working with them. After hiring them to do a job which should have taken less than 2 weeks. Four months go by full of excuses and the job was never completed. SMH PATHETIC!
