Pleasantly surprised. I went as a walk-in on a Sunday for a pedicure. The front desk staff were very pleasant. I only had to wait a few minutes then was taken back by Michelle. She was attentive and efficient and my polish job was very neat. As a customer I have high expectations and they delivered. The salon was clean and all the processes for the pedicure were hygienic. Based on this visit I would return.

Reju is my new (for almost three years) favorite nail salon. My nail tech Jenny is amazing and is always surprising me and sometimes herself with her amazing nail designs. Her touch is so gentle it makes me fall asleep every time she does my nails. Tracy does my pedicures and she is amazing too. Her leg and foot massages are SOOOO Gooood!!! I can't forget about Ms. Helen she is super sweet too. Going there is the highlight of my Monday's.

I got my nails done this past Thursday. It is currently Wednesday. It's been 6 days and my nails are already peeling. Plus, the male nail tech who did my nails filed my nails and skin so bad that my cuticles and skins around my fingernails hurt. One of my pinky nails is is not even, its actually shorter than the other one. I gave them another chance, but I will definitely not be giving them a third one. Absolutely horrible experience ?
